From 3 to 14 August 2026, Prague will host the 37th European Summer School in Logic, Language and Information (ESSLLI 2026), an annual event held in a different country each year since 1989.
The school offers courses at various levels across three interdisciplinary fields:
- ● language and computation,
- ● logic and language, and
- ● logic and computation.
The courses are particularly relevant for students of artificial intelligence.
The two-week event attracts around 400 participants annually from Europe, Asia, and both North and Latin America. Financial assistance is available to support participants from economically challenged countries, broadening access across the global academic community.
ESSLLI is a key gathering point for researchers and students in logic, linguistics, and computer science to share the latest findings and exchange ideas.
