The 9th International Conference \u201cHuman Language Technologies \u2013 the Baltic Perspective\u201d organized by the Centre of Computational Linguistics<\/a> and the \u00a0CLARIN-LT centre\u00a0 <\/a>\u00a0will be held at Vytautas Magnus University<\/a> on September 22-23, in Kaunas, Lithuania. A pre-conference event<\/a> is organized by The European Language Grid on September 21.<\/p>\n

In addition to the traditional topics on natural language processing and language technologies, this year\u2019s conference features a special session on corpora, tool, and resource development for teaching and learning the less resourced Baltic languages.<\/p>\n

Keynote talks<\/a> wil be given by Elena Volodina (University of Gothenburg, Sweden), Jan Rybicki (Jagiellonian University in Krak\u00f3w, Poland) and Daniel Zeman (Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic).<\/p>\n
