The International Conference “Human Language Technologies – the Baltic Perspective | Baltic HLT 2020“ in Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas

The 9th International Conference “Human Language Technologies – the Baltic Perspective” organized by the Centre of Computational Linguistics and the  CLARIN-LT centre   will be held at Vytautas Magnus University on September 22-23, in Kaunas, Lithuania. A pre-conference event is organized by The European Language Grid on September 21.

In addition to the traditional topics on natural language processing and language technologies, this year’s conference features a special session on corpora, tool, and resource development for teaching and learning the less resourced Baltic languages.

Keynote talks wil be given by Elena Volodina (University of Gothenburg, Sweden), Jan Rybicki (Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland) and Daniel Zeman (Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic).
